These Terms of Service govern the use of the Unlace application and related services provided by the Unlace Team. By accessing or using the application, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the application.
Unlace is an AI-based image editing tool that allows users to upload photos and generate edited images with different hairstyle and hair color effects. The application processes images automatically based on user actions and selected editing options.
You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation of the service or other users.
When using Unlace, users may upload photos for editing. You retain control over the images you upload and the edited images generated by the application.
You are responsible for the content you upload and agree that you will not upload images that:
· Violate any laws or regulations
· Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
· Contain illegal, harmful, or abusive content
· Belong to someone else without permission
The Unlace Team is not responsible for how users upload, use, or share images generated through the application.
Unlace grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow users to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the application.
All rights to the application, including software, design, technology, and systems, remain the property of the Unlace Team.
Edited images are generated automatically by the system based on uploaded photos and selected editing options. We do not guarantee that generated results will always meet user expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose.
Users may save or share edited images at their own discretion and are responsible for how those images are used outside the application.
The Unlace Team may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the application at any time without prior notice. Features may change, be removed, or be improved over time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the application and are not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or system updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Unlace Team shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
· Use or inability to use the application
· Loss of images or data
· Results generated by the application
· User uploaded content
· Service interruptions or technical issues
Use of the application is at the user’s own risk.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the application if users violate these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to interfere with the system, or use the app in a harmful or unlawful manner.
Users may stop using the application at any time.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after updates means that you accept the revised Terms.
